What's at the ground
Everything you need for a full day of rugby. Built and maintained almost entirely by club volunteers since 1983.
Main Oval
Full-size grass field β home to Senior Saturday games and Junior Sunday matches. Over 140,000 cubic yards of fill moved by volunteers to create it. Open for play since 1983.
Canteen
Opens 7:30am Sunday, 12pm Saturday. Coffee, sausage sandwiches, pies, cold drinks. Ground floor of the main clubhouse building. Run by volunteers β your kids probably know the person behind the counter.
Clubhouse & Bar
First floor of the main building, above the change rooms. Open after Senior home games on Saturdays and for special events. Deck overlooking the oval. Club memorabilia going back to 1966.
Change Rooms
Full change rooms with showers for both home and away teams. Ground floor of the main clubhouse building, facing the oval.
Car Park
Free off-street parking in front of the clubhouse off Waldon Road. No entry gates β open access. Overflow on Dell Street on busy Senior home days.
First Aid
First aid kit in the clubhouse near the canteen. An accredited trainer is present at all Senior home games. Emergency: call 000, then notify the canteen.
Finding your way around
Entry is from Waldon Road (south). The 2-storey brick clubhouse runs along the southern end β canteen and change rooms on the ground floor, bar and function room upstairs with a deck overlooking the oval. Car parking is directly in front of the clubhouse. No entry gates.
Directions from your area
Wakehurst Rugby Park is at the corner of Forest Way and Waldon Road, Belrose. No entry gates β just walk in from Waldon Road. On busy days, overflow parking is on Dell Street.
From Frenchs Forest / B-Line
- Take Forest Way north toward Belrose
- Turn right into Waldon Road (at the traffic lights)
- Wakehurst Rugby Park entrance is 200m on your left
From Dee Why / Warringah Mall
- Head north on Warringah Road then Forest Way
- Turn right into Waldon Road at the Belrose lights
- Ground entrance 200m on your left
From Mona Vale / Northern Beaches
- Take Mona Vale Road west toward Belrose
- Continue onto Forest Way heading toward Frenchs Forest
- Turn left into Waldon Road (just past the Belrose shops)
- Ground entrance 200m on your left
From Manly / Seaforth
- Take Condamine Street north to Warringah Road
- Follow Warringah Road then Forest Way north
- Turn right into Waldon Road at Belrose traffic lights
- Ground entrance 200m on your left
